New Lytham Clinic!
I have been invited to practice at the prestigious Lancashire Clinic on
Church Road in Lytham. This will allow me to work alongside Consultants
of local repute and in an environment that is perfect for the work I do.
This invitation has come on the back of impressive results and a
enhanced credibility within medical circles with regard to the
approaches I apply. Starting 17th June I intend building the practice
from a once a week Monday ‘afternoon into evening clinic’ to twice
weekly clinics.
The Primitive Mind!
There is a lot of work out there at the moment that challenges the long
held ‘myths’ and ‘rules’ about eating… three meals a day… never eat
late at night… etc. Alongside this is a recognition that there is a
significant difference between what our primitive, raw, emotional self
may ‘need’ and how we meet those needs, and how our human intelligent
self… you know the one that KNOWS we don’t NEED any more food… would
like to meet ‘needs’ and to feel better!
Working with both these ideas alongside hypnotherapy techniques has
helped many current clients make real change. This is an area I will be
looking to develop as I go forward. If you are interested in knowing
more contact me now!
Coming Soon : Cancer Support
Having been on the roller coaster that is the cancer journey, I have had
an interest for a good while in introducing work on the psychological
support of clients with a cancer diagnosis to my practice. Five years on
myself, I am now feeling personally ready to launch what I believe will
be a useful and creative approach that has its origins in work pioneered
in a local hospice environment. If you, a relative or friend has a
diagnosis, or like many, you are post cancer and physically ‘cured; but
left with the psychological challenges that recovery throws up then get
in touch.
More on this in my next newsletter.
And Finally!
If you would like to contribute to this newsletter please feel free to submit text to me.
‘Til the next time.
