So where do I start?
The beginning obviously!
Well after being married for fourteen year’s and two kids in tow?
I somehow have got to the stage where I am four and a half stone overweight with high cholesterol, psoriasis and miserable!
So what exactly do you do when you get to this stage having done all the faddy diets yo-yo’d until dizzy.
Well I met Russell and embarked on this Journey.
Its the beginning of December 2014 what an eventful year it has been got to my lowest ebb in April met Russell and transformed my attitude to fitness and food and started thinking about me for a change (I have always cared for others in my job). I was eating good nutritious foods and hitting the gym, everything was going swimmingly until I went on holiday. “See you later just popping to the camp gym” I shouted. However when arriving at said gym it was completely useless, and sadly that was that suddenly back to my old ways!! Don’t ask me why it just happened and as each day went on it became more difficult and everything I could use as a excuse I used. Until I once again have got to the point where I have to take control and make THE RIGHT CHOICES whether it is exercise or food. I also need to explore why I allowed the gym thing to have such a negative effect.
So I am Steve also known as wriggly ( because when I was in scouts I wriggled all around the tent). I am fifty two years old and seventeen stone. If you fancy it follow my blog and together we can move along with a few laughs along the way! Christmas is getting ever nearer so get yourself sorted with a plan of good nutritious foods to eat and instead of lounging in front of the telly while you are off, get out and do some exercise just fifteen minutes a day more if you like “just do it”.
I will write my next blog at the beginning of January 2015 what a great year its goings to be come and join the ride.
