It’s just over a year since I first embarked on my Hypnosis Journey with Russell and here I am, 8 stones lighter and feeling fantastic!
Not only has my appearance transformed dramatically (I admit it’s great watching old friends’ jaws literally drop!), but my outlook has completely changed for the better.
Although I approached the programme positively, with every faith in Russell, I had no idea the impact it would have on
life as a whole.
I’ve been amazed at the potential I already held in my own mind, and count myself incredibly lucky that I found a skilled, altruistic professional who knew exactly how to access these dormant, unrealised capabilities.
So impressed in fact, that my continuing journey is now heading towards an exciting new adventure:
I have taken the decision to train as a Hypnotherapist myself!
I feel a passionate desire to help others experience the same thrilling transformation: to face fears, conquer demons, achieve their goals and live happy fulfilling lives.
Who wouldn’t want a job like that?!
So, my kids aren’t the only ones going back to school in September!
